WildSeed Society April Spiritual Talk : Introducing the 4 Sanctuaries

Introducing WildSeed Sanctuaries: How WildSeed is designing new infrastructure for a better world.

WHO: For people who are inspired by WildSeed Society’s vision for collective liberation grounded in Spiritual Liberation, Social Transformation, and Economic Revolution and want to join WildSeed in moving toward that liberating future.

WHAT: This Spiritual Talk will focus on the new offerings of our Virtual Village and how the 4 sanctuaries can support community members building a more liberated world in the here and now.

1) Community Sanctuary: The integrated praxis space where Spiritual Liberation, Social Transformation, and Economic Revolution all come together for our WildSeed members.

• Spiritual Talks: If you want to learn how WildSeed’s stewarding team, the Sacred Warren, lives the WildSeed Way as an alternative to mainstream society, join our monthly talks or watch the recording. We share lessons and insights gained from being our own guinea pigs and invite you into deeper conversation around how to bring these experiments into your own life.

• Office Hours with Chany: If you want some onboarding support to our Patreon, Chany Singh can meet with you in a one-on-one session. So you can learn more about our offerings and get help figuring out which ones to engage with.

• Caring Circle with Chany (Coming Later!): For BIPOC members who want to remember and practice how to care for themselves and each other, you can join Chany Singh’s biweekly space designed to cultivate a felt sense of community as we navigate this time of social isolation and pain.

2) Spiritual Sanctuary: Spiritual Liberation offerings that grounds the WildSeed Ecology in the Sacred.

• Spiritual Mentorship with Sandra: If you wish to develop your spirituality and/or feel a spiritual calling within a politicized context, Sandra Kim can help you design a plan for your spiritual growth in monthly one-on-one sessions and support you staying on track with daily energy practice session, support triads, and monthly gatherings.

• Shamanic Healing Sessions with Sandra: If you’re struggling with issues that won’t go away and believe there may be a spiritual/soul/spirit/energy-based reason for it, you are invited to schedule a shamanic healing session with Sandra Kim. Please note that these are offered outside of Patreon and are available on a sliding scale.

3) Gift and Offerings Sanctuary: Economic Revolution offerings that resource the WildSeed Ecology and create alternative economic structures for our community.

• Anti-Capitalist Financial Coaching: If you want some support getting a sense of financial security but don’t want to invest more in capitalism to do so, Aaron Goggans can offer you group coaching. There will be support for building a budget, figuring out “how much is enough,” planning for retirement or getting support on how to increase income in value- aligned ways.

• Gift and Offering Bazaar: If you want a space for mutual aid and community support Aaron Goggans will also offer a structured place to make asks for community support and organize meeting community needs. In this space participants will co-create containers for offering financial gifts, practical support, connections and advice as requested to help meet our needs communally.

4) Movement Sanctuary: Social Transformation offerings that shifts conditions and protects what we’re building in the WildSeed Ecology.

• Revolutionary Aftercare (Coming Later!): If you’re an organizer, activist, and/or movement healer and are undergoing a crisis due to your movement work, Reece Chenault can do an intake with you and help you figure out what type of support you need and how to get it.

WHY: The next few years are already shaping up to be at least as challenging as the past few years. The only way out of these impending poly-crises and through–together. We believe that only community can offer us belonging, safety and security in a crisis. We want to start building that community now.

WILDSEED SOCIETY

The WildSeed Society is a political, spiritual and economic community that is inviting people to build a 21st century Underground Railroad together. We are building a series of refuges from the current exploitative world to new worlds where we all get to belong and be cared for - by focusing on Spiritual Liberation, Social Transformation and Economic Revolution. We seek to experiment and prototype our way into a new way of life - in community and in right relationship with the land.

The WildSeed Society is stewarded by a collective of movement veterans, spiritual teachers, and organizational development nerds. Many of the instigators of the collective were involved in the Black Lives Matter movement before starting WildSeed. It is inspired by the vision of futurist Octavia Butler of gifted misfits finding community together before transforming the world.
